Today we woke up to snow! On April 26! I don't know why I'm surprised; it IS still springtime in Minnesota after all. I've actually had a fairly good attitude, but I could NOT help laughing at Parker when we were leaving a friend's house today.
The snow was coming down in tiny, almost sleet-like flakes in a blustery wind. As he ran to the van, squinting to be able to see, Parker said, "Is it RAINING, Mommy?" I said, "No, Parker, it's SNOWING!" Then he said, "Mommy, the snow is like evil rain!"

I will try to get you some pics of our day today. We had a ton of fun attending a Salute the Troops parade Greg marched in at Raleigh. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the extreme amount of sun that turned my arms from a pale tan to a full on summer looking tan. Sorry about the snow.
